New Jacket!
I just bought this jacket. It will take about 3-4 weeks to get here. I am so excited. I know I should be making my own kit, but time has not been kind to me. I have so many projects going on and time is running out before the reenactment season starts.
This short caraco jacket represents a common form of women's clothing in
the 18th century. Worn by working and wealthy women alike, caraco
jackets came in many forms and could be made out of almost any fabric
that was suitable for gowns. It's a practical and easy garment that
